- Growth Partner (Retainer): Active deployment of AI-native content and competitive intelligence systems.

Standard Agency Model: They lease you the car.
JaLuMa Model: We build you the car. You keep the keys.
Upon full payment of fees:
- Code Ownership: You own the specific instances of Odoo code, website architecture, and content generation schemas we deploy for you.
- Data Sovereignty: You own 100% of your customer data. We do not hold your leads hostage in proprietary dashboards.
- Transferability: Because we build on open standards (Odoo), you are free to migrate your infrastructure to another provider at any time.

- Audits & Sprints: 100% due upon initialization (booking).
- Retainers (Guardian/Growth): Billed monthly via automated subscription.
- Late Packets: Failure to settle invoices within 7 days results in a "System Pause." We do not delete your data, but we will deactivate active monitoring and AI agents until the balance is resolved.

- Retainers: You may execute a [STOP] command (cancel) on monthly retainers with 30 days' notice.
- Project Sprints: Once a Sprint is initialized and resources are allocated, fees are non-refundable.

Tras el pago completo de las tarifas:
- Propiedad del Código: Usted es dueño de las instancias específicas de código Odoo, arquitectura web y esquemas de generación de contenido que desplegamos para usted.
- Soberanía de Datos: Usted posee el 100% de los datos de sus clientes. No mantenemos sus leads rehenes en paneles propietarios.
- Transferibilidad: Dado que construimos sobre estándares abiertos (Odoo), usted es libre de migrar su infraestructura a otro proveedor en cualquier momento.

- Auditorías y Sprints: 100% adeudado al momento de la inicialización (reserva).
- Retenedores (Guardián/Crecimiento): Facturación mensual mediante suscripción automatizada.
- Paquetes Atrasados (Late Packets): La falta de liquidación de facturas dentro de los 7 días resulta en una "Pausa del Sistema". No eliminamos sus datos, pero desactivaremos la monitorización activa y los agentes de IA hasta que se resuelva el saldo.

- Retenedores: Puede ejecutar un comando [STOP] (cancelar) en los retenedores mensuales con 30 días de aviso.
